Moving between apps

NRNS apps share a single sign-in. Once you’re signed in, you don’t need to sign in again when you move between apps on *.nrns.ai.

sso.nrns.ai is your account home. Its Apps section shows tiles for the apps you have access to — for example Tasks and Docs — each linking straight to that app. If you have owner or admin access to a workspace, you’ll also see a tile for Console.

An app only shows a tile if you actually have access to it in at least one of your workspaces. If you don’t see an app you expect, see When an app is turned off for you below.

Signing in once on the account portal signs you in across every NRNS app — you won’t be asked to sign in again when you open Tasks, Docs, or Console. Signing out from the account portal signs you out everywhere, since all the apps share the same session.

A workspace admin can turn an app off for the whole workspace, or for specific members, from the Console. When that happens, the app’s tile disappears from the account portal for anyone it affects. In Tasks, someone without access sees a screen explaining the app isn’t enabled:

Tasks isn’t enabled for this workspace — ask your workspace admin A workspace owner or admin can turn Tasks back on from the Workspace Console.

If you see this, ask an owner or admin of that workspace to re-enable the app for you. There’s a link back to the account portal so you can get to apps you do have access to in the meantime.
